Gweru-domiciled multiple business awards winner, Tinashe Manzungu was crowned the Best Chief Executive and Industrialist of the Year at the Midlands provincial Megafest Business Awards held recently at a city lodge.
The 31-year-old graduate from the Midlands State University (MSU) told NewsAnchor he was driven to diversify in business inorder to satisfy the wide needs of the community.
"I feel honoured to win the Megafest awards and it is through passion to serve the needs of the majority be it in housing, financial, social as well as medical and funeral services," said Manzungu.
"I am also taking ZimAsset to greater heights by endeavouring to cover all the clusters in the economic blueprint."
Manzungu, the chief executive of Zimbuild Properties and now chairman of the newly established TM Group of companies, runs entities with interests in construction, real estate, health insurance and micro financing services.
TM Group has Zimbuild Construction Company, Zimbuild Property Investments, Luxury Living International, Tinrue Financial Services, Zimbabwe General Medical Aid Fund (ZGMAF) and Africa Heaven Funeral Services under its diverse portfolio.
Manzungu has won other awards, including in the Zimbabwe Chamber of Small and Medium Enterprises (ZCSME) Midlands chapter and the Zimbabwe National Chamber of Commerce (ZNCC) awards. BUSINESS
